Woman’s Way Cleaning Services, also T/A Home Care, Respite and Support Services is a Registered Provider with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in Victoria and registered with many Aged Care facilities to assist clients with various household tasks, cleaning, home care, respite, support services and others to facilitate daily living.

We work closely with clients, support coordinators, case managers and various support workers to enable people going through with a disability or aged care for a better cared living.

Woman’s Way has been operating for over 35yrs and is owner operated giving our clients the personal touch.

We take pride in providing an honest, professional, and reliable service to our clients.

We can offer Domestic Cleaning, Housekeeping, Home Care, Assistance with food preparation, escorted transport to appointments or shopping, In-House Respite, Support work, Personal Care, Companionship and much more.

Woman’s Way conducts interviews with all their potential staff before they register with us, to ensure that they have the right personality, character, experience, and relevant documentation to begin working with us because our clients are very special, so we require all our staff to have compassion and understanding to their needs.

Woman’s Way staff have the relevant Certificates required to perform the duties that are required.

Our staff is extensively trained to perform all the necessary tasks and follow instructions efficiently, to our client's satisfaction. They are very flexible to the needs of our clients.

We service the Southeastern, Northern, Western and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
